Beta Testing Terms

1. Beta status

StageRequests.live is currently operating as a beta service for selected or approved users.

Beta access is provided so the platform can be tested, improved and prepared for wider release.

2. Changes during beta

Beta users acknowledge that features, pricing, layouts, request flows, subscription settings, email tools, waitlist processes and account controls may change without notice.

We may add, remove, pause or alter beta features as part of testing and development.

3. Bugs and availability

Bugs, interruptions, errors, email delivery issues, payment configuration issues or data display issues may occur during beta testing.

Beta users should keep sensible operational backups when using the service during live performances.

4. Data during beta

We will take reasonable care with beta account data, but test data may need to be corrected, modified or reset where necessary to resolve issues or improve the service.

Important song lists, performer data and gig information should be kept separately by the user during beta testing.

5. Feedback

Feedback, suggestions, bug reports and improvement ideas provided during beta may be used by StageRequests.live to develop and improve the service without additional payment or attribution.

6. No warranty

The beta service is provided on an as is and as available basis, without any guarantee of uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.

7. Ending beta access

We may pause, limit or end beta access at any time, especially where there is misuse, security concern, non-payment after trial, operational risk or a need to protect the service.
