1. Security approach
Security is a priority for StageRequests.live. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect user accounts, personal data and platform availability.
No internet-connected service can be guaranteed completely secure, so users should also take care with passwords, devices, browsers and account access.
2. Encryption and certificates
StageRequests.live is designed to operate over HTTPS using SSL/TLS encryption for communication between users and the website.
Users should not enter login, request or billing information if their browser shows a certificate warning or indicates that the connection is not secure.
3. Password and account protection
User passwords are not intended to be stored in plain text. WordPress password hashing and authentication controls are used for account access.
Users are responsible for choosing strong passwords, keeping devices secure and telling us promptly about suspected unauthorised access.
4. Payment security and PCI DSS
Payment card processing is handled by Stripe. StageRequests.live does not collect, store or process full card details on its own servers.
Stripe provides payment security and PCI compliance resources for merchants using Stripe services. StageRequests.live should still follow the PCI validation requirements applicable to its Stripe integration and business size.
5. Access controls
Administrative access is restricted to authorised personnel. Account users can access only the performer account areas and data made available to them through the platform.
6. Third-party providers
We rely on selected providers for hosting, payment processing and email delivery. These providers are expected to maintain appropriate security controls for the services they provide.
7. Reporting concerns
Security concerns, suspected unauthorised access or vulnerability reports should be sent to support@stagerequests.live with as much detail as possible.
