These Terms explain the rules for using StageRequests.live, a subscription software service operated by Scarlett Sings Ltd trading as StageRequests.live.
1. Who we are
StageRequests.live is operated by Scarlett Sings Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. References to StageRequests.live, we, us or our mean Scarlett Sings Ltd trading as StageRequests.live.

2. What the service does
StageRequests.live helps performers manage song libraries, gigs, audience request pages, QR links, stage screens, optional tipping links and related audience engagement tools.
The service is intended for performers, artists, bands, entertainers and authorised representatives using it for their own live performance activity.
3. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
We may restrict, suspend or remove access where we reasonably believe there is misuse, unlawful activity, non-payment, security risk or breach of these Terms.
4. Beta access and trusted testers
During beta testing, access may be limited to invited or approved users. Beta access is not a guarantee of permanent access to the service.
Features, pricing, limits, designs, request flows, waitlist processes and account controls may change as the service develops.
Additional Beta Testing Terms may apply where an account is created as part of the beta programme.
5. Subscriptions, trials and payment
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, trial periods and billing intervals are shown during registration, checkout or account management.
Payments, subscriptions and billing portal access are handled securely by Stripe. We do not collect, store or process full payment card details on our own servers.
Unless cancelled before renewal, subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel through the billing portal or account area where available.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not normally create a refund for any unused part of a billing period, unless required by law or expressly agreed by us.
6. US and international customers
The service may be available to users outside the United Kingdom, including the United States. International availability does not change the governing law of these Terms.
Prices, payment methods, taxes and currency handling may vary depending on country, billing configuration and Stripe settings.
7. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of performer, gig, song, request page, PayPal, payment, profile and audience-facing information entered into your account.
You must not use the service to collect unlawful content, harass others, infringe rights, impersonate another person, or publish misleading, offensive or illegal material.
You are responsible for using suitable devices, browsers, internet connections and operational backups when relying on the service during live performances.
8. Audience requests and performer content
You remain responsible for the songs, performer information, branding, public page content and gig information you add to the service.
Audience song requests, names, messages and tip indicators are provided by audience members and may not always be accurate, appropriate or complete.
9. Email and audience marketing tools
Where audience email capture or marketing features are available, you must use them lawfully and only for appropriate performer-audience communication.
You must not import, collect or use audience contact details without a lawful basis and any required consent.
10. Service availability
We aim to provide reliable access, but StageRequests.live is provided on an as available basis and uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.
Scheduled maintenance, software updates, hosting issues, third-party outages, Stripe outages, email delivery problems, browser behaviour, device settings, mobile signal or internet connectivity may affect access.
11. Security expectations
You must keep passwords, devices and account access secure. You should promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access, security issues or incorrect account activity.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, but no web app or internet-connected service can be guaranteed completely secure.
12. Intellectual property
The StageRequests.live platform, layout, software, branding, workflows and documentation belong to us or our licensors.
You retain ownership of your performer content, but grant us permission to host and display it as needed to provide the service.
13. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Subject to that, Scarlett Sings Ltd shall not be liable for loss of profit, revenue, bookings, reputation, opportunity, data, audience requests, tips, performance income, business interruption or indirect/consequential loss.
Subject to the above, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the previous 12 months.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer law gives you mandatory rights elsewhere.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service develops, including to reflect Stripe subscriptions, trial controls, international payments, beta processes, new features or legal requirements. The version number and last updated date show which version applies.
